The majority of items in our store are kept in stock and generally ship within 3 days via USPS priority mail to the Continental USA and Internationally. When checking out you will be given the choice on shipping speed, Priority (2-3 Days), Parcel (6-10 days) , and Express (1-2 days). International items do take longer to ship due to customs and VAT, please allow additional time when ordering internationally.
Items ordered through StretchyScreens.com are shipped via United States Postal Service. A street address and telephone number is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered at the speed you choose during checkout. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 3 business day. Delivery times do not include processing time.
All orders are shipped from Unites States of America and all buyers may be subject to brokerage and/or customs fees and/or taxes. These amounts are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these fees. Buyer must comply with the governing laws of his/her country and pay all fees requested by their government and/or state.
We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to a buyer inputting an incorrect address. We do not purchase insurance on all outgoing packages and no product replacement, refund or compensation will be given to a buyer.
Buyers will receive an email with tracking information within the alloted processing time. Detailed tracking is not available on standard shipping (online tracking of standard shipping will only indicate that the item has been received by the post office and that it was successfully deliverd to the buyer) We cannot be held responsible for lost packages and no refunds or product replacements will be given. In the case of a lost or delayed package, we will open a case with the carrier to find out what the delay is.

Returns are not accepted on discounted or clearance items or multiple item discounts.
CUSTOM ORDERS AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
There are no returns on custom cut and sewn orders. Made to order items such as stretch shapes, tension fabric tunnels, and custom printed products are not returnable under ANY circumstanstances. If there is a manufacturing lead time on our website the product is a custom cut and sewn and non returnable.
There are no returns on rented items not used. A rental must be stated at the time of purcahase in order to qualify for our 50% rental discount. Renters are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ship via a traceable service so you can show proof of return.
If rentals are returned dirty, torn, ripped or not rentable (resellable) you will be charged the products full replacement cost. Rentals not returned all will also be charged the full items value. Light dirt is accetable but if it is not able to be removed via standard cleaning you will not receive a refund for the product and the damaged items will be returned to you.
All our stretch screens are thoroughly inspected before packaging and product returns are very rare. In case of a defective product, you must notify us via email within 10 days of the receipt of goods. The product must be post marked for return within the 10 day return policy. Our stretch shapes collection is not returnable since all items are custom cut to various sizes and are made to order. We have a collection of hundred of sizes and shapes so we cannot except returns on these items.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
All returns must be authorized by Stretchy Screens. Please contact us at email@example.com to verify the products return address.
1. Stretchyscreens.com must be notified via email within 10 days of the delivery acceptance by the buyer.
2. The merchandise must be in its original unused condition with no signs of excessive wear.
SHIPPING RETURNS BACK TO US
Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method (keep the tracking information). We are not responsible for lost packages. No refunds or compensation will be given on shipping and handling charges or paypal fees. StretchyScreens.com does reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason. All stretch projection screens are subject to a 15% restocking fee as they must be laundered, inspcted, and repackaged.
