Shipping Policy
The majority of items in our store are kept in stock and generally ship withing 3 days via USPS priority mail to the Continental USA and Internationally. When checking out you will be given the choice on shipping speed, Priority (2-3 Days), Parcel (6-10 days) , and Express (1-2 days). International items do take longer to ship due to customs and VAT, please allow additional time when ordering internationally.
Items ordered through StretchyScreens.com are shipped via United States Postal Service. A street address and telephone number is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered at the speed you choose during checkout. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 3 business day. Delivery times do not include processing time.
All orders are shipped from Unites States of America and all buyers may be subject to brokerage and/or customs fees and/or taxes. These amounts are outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these fees. Buyer must comply with the governing laws of his/her country and pay all fees requested by their government and/or state.
We cannot be held responsible for lost items due to a buyer inputting an incorrect address. We do not purchase insurance on all outgoing packages and no product replacement, refund or compensation will be given to a buyer.
Buyers may request a E-mail with a tracking number from StretchyScreens@gmail.com. Detailed tracking is not available on standard shipping (online tracking of standard shipping will only indicate that the item has been received by the post office and that it was successfully deliverd to the buyer) We cannot be held responsible for lost packages and no refunds or product replacements will be given.
In the case of a lost or delayed package, we will open a case with the carrier to find out what the delay is.
Return Policy
Should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Stretchyscreens.com return policy is stated below. Returns are not accepted on discounted items or multiple item discounts. There are no returns on custom orders.
All our stretchyscreens.com screens are thoroughly inspected before packaging and product returns are very rare. In case of a defective product, you must notify us via email within 30 days of the receipt of goods. The product must be post marked for return within the 30 day return policy. Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method (keep the tracking information). We are not responsible for lost packages. No refunds or compensation will be given on shipping and handling charges or paypal fees. StretchyScreens.com does reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason.

1. Stretchyscreens.com must be notified via email within 30 days of the delivery acceptance by the buyer.
2. The merchandise must be in its original unused condition with no signs of excessive wear.
